The certificate options to print are Limited Liability Company “LLC” or corporate certificates. Both will print completed, signature-ready certificates. The corporate certificates are available showing a par value or without, no par value. If the shares have a par value, it can be determined by reviewing the Articles of Incorporation. Another option for the Limited Liability Company “LLC” and the corporate certificates will allow you to choose green or blue color for the certificate background and border. In addition, a record of each certificate issued will be printed as a transfer ledger, the second page of whichever certificate you choose.
These certificates, both Limited Liability Company “LLC” and corporate certificates, have been redesigned to allow the entry of very long names, approximately 80 characters, for the member’s or stockholder’s name which will be printed on the certificates.
